Additional Services And Fees

Homes in Italy will charge a fee for the following services:

• Additional translation - over and above the standard service
• Guaranteed English speaking viewings – most of our partner agents speak English but in the case where there is not an English speaking person available, viewings by either a Homes in Italy representative or an interpreter will be charged (excluding tailored service clients).
• Letting - support with short or long term letting of your property through our rental company Holiday Homes in Italy (link to site)
• Relocation - general tips and information fact sheets will be free of charge but additional support, phone calls, appointment arranging will be charged accordingly
• Renovation and planning support - Homes in Italy is able to put clients in touch with local surveyors and architects but continued assistance throughout a project will be charged accordingly
• Property Management – In some areas, our partners offer a property management service and this will be invoiced locally by our partner agent.
• After sales support - general tips and information will be free of charge but additional support and phone calls will be charged accordingly

All the above services are subject to a separate quotation and all additional fees will be agreed with the client in advance.
